Flexible Payment Options
Possibilities provides a range of flexible payment options to make our services more accessible. We are pleased to accept CareCredit as a method of payment for our evaluation services. CareCredit is a specialized healthcare credit card designed to help you manage your healthcare expenses. This option allows clients to divide their payments into convenient monthly installments of either 6 or 12 months.

We are an Out-Of-Network Provider
Possibilities Counseling operates as an out-of-network provider. This means we do not participate in any insurance plans, nor do we bill or work directly with any insurance companies. This approach allows us to maintain the highest level of care, customized to each client’s unique needs, without the restrictions often imposed by insurance. Being free of external limitations allows us to provide flexible and adaptable treatment plans that cater specifically to your situation.
Insurance Reimbursement
While we do not directly bill insurance, we strive to assist our families in navigating their insurance options. Upon request, we provide a detailed Superbill–a comprehensive itemized receipt–that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. These documents often help clients receive partial refunds, depending on their insurance plan’s out-of-network policies.
Our team is available to guide you through this process and answer any questions you may have about using your superbill effectively. We are dedicated to making this aspect of your care as smooth and transparent as possible so that you can focus on your progress without unnecessary stress.
